E. G. White wrote at length about health: food, rest, the mind, the care of the sick. All of it is published free by the Ellen G. White Estate. These are the seven books we would start with.
Her writing is one of the three sources our own teaching draws on, alongside the Law of Life and the work of Dr Horst Müller. We link to the White Estate's own library rather than keep copies here. Their copies are kept current, they come in every format, and they can be searched.
Where to start
Start with The Ministry of Healing. It is her main book on health, and the others build on it. It covers Christ's healing ministry, the body, diet, fresh air, exercise, rest, trust in God, the home and the care of the sick.
It was written in 1905, and some readers find the language heavy. The White Estate also publishes it in modern English, as The Ministry of Health and Healing.
