Growing food
Planting and keeping a vegetable and fruit garden that feeds your own household. Working ground is good for the body, unusually good for the mind, and it ends in food. In time we intend to have our own land for this work.
Who it is forAnyone who wants to plant and sustain a garden that meets their own dietary needs.
What this involves
Education and physical training in growing and maintaining vegetable and fruit gardens — an economical way to support a healthy lifestyle that covers mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing at once.
Working ground is good for the body and unusually good for the mind, and it ends in food. Few activities do all three.
